We hope you're happy with your items, but if you don't love it, not to worry! You're not stuck with it!
Returns are accepted by MAIL within 14 days of the shipped date for your order.
Please note, online items may NOT be exchanged in our store location. You many drop off your item in the store, if you are nearby . However, our staff cannot issue a refund or store credit or even do an exchange for an in-store item. The refund can only be done via our online payment system.
To return your item(s), simply include a copy of your original purchase printout in the packaging.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.
Shipping is not refundable.
missibiss.com is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.
To save on shipping, you can return items from multiple orders together as long the corresponding receipt copy for each item is inside the package.
Do I have to pay the return shipping? Yes. Please use a traceable shipping carrier of your choice. Obtain a receipt for all shipments and keep it for your records.
How long does it take to get a refund?
After you have shipped your return, the time in transit back to IBISS is generally 3-7 business days. When we receive your return, we will process the return within 3 business days. Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive a return confirmation email. Online returns can only be issued to your original form of payment.

1.We accept returns postmarked within 14 days from the date your package ships from us.
2.Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
3.Earrings, Hats, Cosmetics, Intimates, Bodysuits, Tights, Jewelry item with tags removed and Final- Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
4. Non-earring Jewelry, is returnable only with tags attached.
5. IN-STORE returns are not available for online items.
6.Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or signs of wear may be returned back to you.

- We now offer a gift-shipping option. Gift shipping has the same rules as basic shipping, however we will not include the price of goods on the invoice that the gift recipient receives.
-At present, we are only shipping to the 50 states within the US via USPS, FEDEX, or UPS.
-Items ship within 2 business days of order date, and should arrive between 5-7 business days. Cross-country shipping can take as long as 10 days. Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to promotions or holidays.
-International shipping is not available.
- Items ordered online may be picked up in our Willow Glen store location within 48 hours.
- Our online Fulfillment Center is located in San Jose, CA and we process all orders from there.
-Online orders are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
-We accept Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover
-We are required to charge 8.75% sales tax per California law.
-We reserve the right to refuse an order.

-While we do all that we can to ensure your shipment arrives on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery that are beyond our control such as weather.

· This website is available for view 24 hours every day. However, if it does encounter downtime it is due to the loss of our server, and/or other technical issue. Furthermore, this site may also be unavailable if it is undergoing repair or maintenance.
· We have made every effort to show the product color as true as possible. Since every monitor screen shows colors differently, we cannot guarantee that the color you see is the accurate description of the product. Please email us for any further questions on product colors, size, design, etc.
